Fortra's African Descent Network will advance an inclusive and belonging work environment, with a particular focus on current and future employees of African descent. The group participates in internal and external activities to attract, retain, empower, and inspire African descent employees.

Alpha Company seeks to foster a strong community for veterans, active duty, families of the armed forces, and their advocates at Fortra through fellowship, support, and growth.

Fortra’s LGBTQIA+ ERG seeks to improve awareness on issues related to the LGBTQIA+ community and provide opportunities for professional development and a trusted support system for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
