Jim Cassens

Jim Cassens is President at Fortra. Most recently, Cassens was the Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Fortra where he was responsible for overseeing the acquisition process of new products into the Fortra line of solutions, including strategy, negotiation, and integration. Jim has been with Fortra for over 18 years and has held several positions, including President of Cross-Platform business units, Chief Technical Officer, and Vice President of International Sales.

Prior to joining Fortra, Jim served as Director of Information Technology at Electrolux Floor Care.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Computer Science from Aurora University and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
