As soon as you select Expert Services, you’ll be assigned a specialist responsible for setting up meetings, getting to know your point of contact, and developing a relationship that will allow us to assist with ongoing projects. From then on, your security outcomes are our highest priority, and we share ownership for making them happen.

We’ll help you find the optimal design and deployment for the Fortra solutions within your stack and provide on-the-spot training as necessary. You’ll receive advice on configuration changes within your environment and individualized assistance with specific product features, along with regular meetings, check-ins, and benchmarks as you choose.
