Part of that time includes working with a global telecommunications company to support multiple customers and business units in the US and abroad in reaching their automation goals. His expertise is in building and supporting automation initiatives for cost savings and improved efficiencies, while maintaining a center of excellence to promote best practices.
Solutions Engineer for Fortra’s Automate
EJ has been with Fortra since 2020 and currently lead’s our solution engineers for the Automate and JAMS brands. In this role, he’s able to use his unique expertise to provide informative product demonstrations, insightful consultations, and meaningful proof of concept sessions for potential customers. He especially enjoys being a partner with customers on their automation journey and sharing how to achieve a successful RPA implementation.
