Frédéric Laferrière
Frédéric Laferrière joined Fortra nearly seven years ago and brings over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. He currently serves as Fortra’s Client Support Manager for Fortra Cyber Security Training Solutions.
In this role, Frederic ensures that his team stays current with updates and new product releases, overseeing the integration of solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Okta, OneLogin, Power BI, and more. He also provides best practices and use cases to clients, optimizing their use of cybersecurity training and ensuring effective deployment of SaaS solutions. Frederic is dedicated to delivering the best services possible to clients, ensuring they fully leverage the potential of their cybersecurity investments.
Before joining Fortra, Frederic worked at CGI as a Team Trainer and Senior Consultant, and at Apple Care in a similar capacity. Frederic is known for his proactive approach in addressing emerging industry challenges and frequently contributes innovative ideas to the product team. Many enhancements to Fortra’s training solutions can be attributed to his insights.
With a strong technical background and excellent soft skills, Frederic demonstrates a customer-centric approach in every situation, ensuring that client needs are always prioritized.
