Senior Support Manager
Amador Manero is a Sr. Support Manager at Fortra working with teams in the UK, Sweden, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires. A. He holds a degree in Technical Systems Engineering, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and a degree in Psychology, along with a Master's in Brief Strategic Therapy. Amador began working as a programmer with Tango/04 working with AS/400, Windows, and Linux.
Amador participates in other support-related projects; he serves as the technical coordinator for a group of European partners, is a member of the CRM Business Owners group, and coordinates the CRM Excellence Team’s testing group. Amador also mentors other leaders within the company, allowing him to collaborate with wonderful teams across the globe.
