He joined Alert Logic in 2019 and became part of Fortra in 2022 through its acquisition of Alert Logic. Over his 6.5 years in the cybersecurity industry, Jamal has progressed from a Level 1 Security Analyst to his current senior role, where he guides junior analysts and enhances detection capabilities and SOC processes to keep customers secure.
