Jaymie Cater assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer at Fortra in July 2024, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience from companies such as Carlson Companies, Lawson Software, Infor, Avtex and TTEC Digital. With a career dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and achieving impactful results, Jaymie is known for his strategically optimizing customer engagement models. His expertise has consistently driven world-class retention, customer expansion, and sustainable customer health across organizations. Jaymie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Minnesota State University. Based in Minnesota, he enjoys spending time on the lakes and proudly considers himself a long-suffering Vikings fan.
