Joanna Leach

Joanna joined Fortra in July 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources and is now the Chief People Officer. She and her team are responsible for creating and executing people strategies and practices.
 
Joanna has several years of HR leadership experience in the software industry and has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies. She has generalist experience in all facets of HR systems and operations. Prior to joining Fortra, she was responsible for the startup of the Human Resources Department at Amcom Software, where she contributed to the company’s significant growth.  Most recently, Joanna led the global talent acquisition and development function for Spok, Inc.

Joanna holds a master's degree in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
