Justin (JR) Ritchie is Chief Financial Officer at Fortra. He is a results-oriented finance executive with over 20 years of experience at both pre-IPO and publicly traded technology companies and is a strategic business partner with demonstrated experience in helping technology companies drive shareholder value.
JR has previously held roles such as VP of Finance and Investor Relations at Clearwater Analytics as well as the SVP of Finance and Investor Relations at Donnelley Financial Solutions. He has experience building and leading investor relations and financial planning and analysis efforts.
JR holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
