2022 CISO Data Security Survey Report

CISO Perspectives: Data Security Survey

How COVID-19 impacted organizations' data security - and how leaders feel today facing increased threats

The COVID-19 pandemic permanently changed cybersecurity, from cloud migration to remote work to security at the edge, and at the same time, threats have increased. With this backdrop, Fortra partnered with Information Security Media Group (ISMG) to better understand COVID’s impact on data security, how leaders feel about their progress, and what their current practices and priorities are.

This survey report provides a pulse on how enterprises are evolving their data security strategies in order to help readers enhance their own journeys. Download the report for commentary from industry leaders as well as key findings, such as:

·   89% of respondents say their enterprises are more – or at least as – cyber-secure as they were one year ago

·   52% say cyberthreats have become fiercer in that time period

·   19% say COVID-19 has disrupted their data security initiatives
