HelpSystems (now Fortra) Expands Existing Business Intelligence Portfolio
Minneapolis, MN, April 01, 2013—HelpSystems, a world leader in systems and network management, security, and business intelligence software, announced today the completion of its acquisition of the ShowCase business intelligence software portfolio from IBM. For current HelpSystems customers, this acquisition adds relational and multidimensional data warehouse creation and management to the company’s existing business intelligence portfolio.
