Proven Migration Methodology
Phase 1: Transition Planning

Your Fortra Customer Success team will guide you through the transition plan, including milestones and key objectives. .
Phase 2: Environment Creation

Fortra will set up the Fortra DLP Management Console and Analytics & Reporting Cloud (ARC) tenant, along with necessary appliances for network DLP solutions.
Phase 3: Qualification Pilot

Fortra will develop and test deployment packages for each operating system and conduct a pilot on 25-50 endpoints to ensure compatibility.
Phase 4: DLP Policies & Alerting-Reporting Configuration

Your Customer Success Representative will configure the Fortra DLP Policy Pack, alerts, reports, and dashboards in ARC, including any custom policies needed.
Phase 5: Production Deployment

A phased rollout will replace your existing Symantec DLP solution, minimizing downtime while Fortra monitors the deployment for issues. Support for Symantec integrations will be provided, with any additional charges discussed in advance.
