Alexis Ober joined Fortra in September 2024 as a Threat Intelligence Analyst, bringing extensive experience in fraud investigations and research analysis. She has a strong background in identifying fraud, waste, and abuse within the healthcare sector, having worked in both government and private organizations.
In her previous role in government, Alexis contributed to complex criminal investigations alongside Federal and State agencies, gaining expertise in anti-money laundering efforts and advanced research techniques. At Fortra, she focuses on the threat intelligence landscape, providing critical insights and visuals on phishing trends, motivations, and behaviors. Alexis has specialized expertise in research and intelligence, with a strong proficiency in social media and open-source analysis.
Alexis holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in Italian language and culture.
