Kevin Cryan joined Fortra in 2021, where he works with the PhishLabs product. His primary focus is to enhance operational efficiency and identify automation opportunities to improve capacity and service delivery.
With 20 years in the cybersecurity industry, Kevin has held roles at Secureworks in intrusion detection, reverse engineering, development, and metrics. He holds GIAC certifications in reverse engineering and intrusion detection, a skillset that has enabled him to bring significant time savings to operations and vastly improve detection capabilities through automation.
While his main focus is automation, Kevin is also passionate about threat research and has authored multiple articles on threat actor activity. This interest often leads him to develop new capabilities to detect malicious behavior.
