Business email compromise (BEC) scams are on the rise, and Fortra's latest research is helping organizations stay informed. Newsbreak recently featured our June 2025 findings, which revealed a 37% spike in BEC activity compared to May. Credential phishing was the most common cash-out method, and payroll diversion scams often relied on specialty banks.
