Fortra CEO said the acquisition will be good news for her company's partners.

Fortra has acquired Beyond Security, a vulnerability assessment and management software provider, to further beef up its cybersecurity portfolio.

Beyond Security’s cloud-based products help organizations scan for network or application vulnerabilities. Its team and solutions will fit into Fortra's infrastructure protection portfolio, which includes Digital Defense, Core Security and Cobalt Strike.
