MINNEAPOLIS – Fortra, in partnership with Qualcomm, is pleased to announce support for the Snapdragon X series of processors for Fortra's Data Classification Suite (DCS) and Fortra’s Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration product.
The Snapdragon X series, released earlier this year, will power a new series of PCs. These devices will provide Fortra customers with multiple days of battery life and unparalleled performance with exceptional efficiency. Designed to accelerate productivity and creativity, they deliver unique AI experiences powered by the world’s fastest neural processing unit (NPU) for laptops, achieving 45 TOPS and leading performance per watt.

Qualcomm and Fortra partnered to support the entire suite of Fortra’s data protection products, with support for the final product, Digital Guardian, arriving in early Q1 2025.
