In his new role, Cater’s strategic focus on optimizing the customer experience will enhance customer health and strengthen collaboration across organizations, helping customers address cyber threats head on.
Cater has long been a dedicated and trusted customer advocate. He led customer success initiatives at industry leaders including the Carlson Companies, Lawson Software, Infor, Avtex, and TTEC Digital. This experience will be invaluable to Fortra’s 30,000 global customers, who rely on Fortra solutions such as data protection, digital risk protection, infrastructure protection, and managed security services.
