Throughout her 25-year career, Kate Bolseth has been at the forefront of the technology industry, bringing innovative products to market and cementing a reputation as a collaborative, strategic leader.

After delivering warehouse management technology to the growing ERP market at HighJump Software, she helped grow Amcom Software significantly during the boom in health care communications. In 2015, she joined Eden Prairie-based Fortra, a developer of cybersecurity and automation software, as an IT solution provider and quickly moved up to chief operating officer a few years later, then was named CEO in 2019.
