Ben Lee
Ben Lee joined Fortra in 2022 and brings three years of cybersecurity experience to his role as Security Analyst II. He specializes in incident response and threat hunting, conducting advanced investigations into account-compromise behaviors, social-engineering techniques, and attacker methods designed to evade security controls. Ben also gathers emerging threat intelligence, builds telemetry from research, and engineers new analytics to close detection gaps to help Fortra’s customers stay ahead of evolving tactics and techniques.
Before transitioning into cybersecurity, Ben worked in banking and the energy sector, gaining expertise in fraud prevention, portfolio management, and data analysis. Ben cares deeply about animal welfare, regularly supporting the UK Dogs Trust and giving a loving home to two rescue dogs, Penny and Amy.
