David Land
David Land is Vice President, APAC and Japan at Fortra. David leads all aspects of the go-to-market strategy for the APJ region, driving revenue growth and developing the Fortra partner ecosystem. He joined Fortra through the acquisition of data classification provider Titus in 2020.
Prior to Fortra, David held roles with organizations including Quest Software (acquired by Dell), NetIQ and Attachmate, and had an early career as a financial analyst.
David has over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development leadership. His experience spans systems management, data analytics, and multiple information security disciplines, including identity management and data security in the financial services, commercial, military and government sectors.
David has spoken at numerous CISO regional roundtables on topics ranging from military information sharing and protection, trends in data centric security, and how to engage employees in a culture of security.
